Colonel Hamed Alhashimi of Dubai Police speaking on behalf of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi said: "I am forwarding here a message from our Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
"Don't worry. Dont worry because Dubai Police is taking care of the security here.
"However, it is has not been a personal war fought by Dubai Police. But it is a group war fought by everyone in this country.
"We would not have achieved what we have today if it was not a group effort. So stay together and stay safe. Thank you very much."
