In this exclusive video Dr Raman Kumar, MD of Al-Futtaim Logistics (AFL) describes how AFL is implementing a game-changing inventory control system by deploying drones at its warehouse.
Using drones the warehouse can provide more accurate and up-to-date information on stock inventories which in turn, allow AFL’s customers to plan their supply chains better.
Dr Kumar said that better inventory management will allow Al-Futtaim’s customers to increase warehouse order fulfilment by 25 to 30% in the coming months.
