Mr Diallo states that his department of DHL is referred to as the "lions and falcons" of DHL, and after hearing the story of the Beirut office, you’ll know why.

While many have had enough on their plates with the pandemic, the office in question also suffered political instability, an economic downturn and an explosion right outside the office.

Despite this, the Beirut office still won ‘Best Performing Team’.
