Dubai International Airport (DXB) has Won the Air Cargo Airport of the Year 2025 Award at the TLME Achievement Awards 2025 held at Millennium Lakeview Hotel in Dubai Investments Park with well-known Dubai TV personality Katie Jensen MCing on the evening.
Supply chains are increasingly becoming dependent upon air carriers as demand for express deliveries increases across the world. Airports have also had to ramp up cargo-handling capacities and upgrade to the latest technologies in order to increase speed and efficiency of operations.
Over the past 12 months, Dubai Airports’ Cargo & Logistics operations have played a critical role in supporting global trade and bolstering Dubai's and UAE’s economic growth. In 2024, DXB handled 2.2 million tonnes of air freight, a remarkable 20.5% increase over the previous year.
This surge reflects Dubai’s growing importance as a strategic logistics hub, connecting key markets across continents with speed and efficiency.
Behind these numbers is a dedicated community of partners and professionals who ensure the seamless movement of cargo, reinforcing our commitment to reliability and service excellence.
Little wonder then DXB walked away with Air Cargo Airport of the Year 2025 Award.
