Watch: Salvage Continues after Ship Loses 83 Boxes
Vessel now safely docked in Australia, but container cargo still missing
A vessel that recently lost 83 shipping containers has docked in Sydney, Australia, while a clean-up operation continues for all the spilled cargo.
The below video illustrates the damage the YM Efficiency vessel sustained when it dropped several containers into the sea.
The containers were lost after the vessel hit bad waters.
As well as the 83 containers that went overboard, 30 were also damaged.
A variety of goods and appliances have since been lost at sea that were inside the toppled containers.
The clean-up operation continues.
