COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Reshuffles Senior Management

COSCO SHIPPING Holdings has announced a major executive reshuffle. Chen Yangfan has resigned from his roles as Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Strategy Committee due to job relocation.

Zhang Feng, with nearly 30 years of international shipping experience, has been nominated as Executive Director and is expected to take over as Vice Chairman following the shareholder meeting.

Cheng Jing, a strategy and network planning expert with a strong track record in COSCO SHIPPING Lines, has been appointed as new Vice President.

Chen Yangfan’s Next Chapter: Now serving as Deputy Party Secretary (No.3 position) of China Electronics Corporation (CEC), Chen brings his rich telecom and digital transformation experience back to the ICT field.

He was previously a senior executive at China Unicom and played a pivotal role in COSCO SHIPPING's digitalization efforts.

The reshuffle reflects COSCO SHIPPING’s continued focus on global strategy, digital transformation, and talent optimization at the top level.
