MSC Group Acquires Bolloré Africa Logistics for $5.7 Billion
Sale price of the shares is $5.1 billion with $600 million of shareholder loans repaid
After having obtained the regulatory and competition approvals that conditioned the completion of the operation, the Bolloré Group has announced the sale of 100% of Bolloré Africa Logistics to the MSC Group.
The sale price of the shares is $5.1 billion with $600 million of shareholder loans repaid.
The Bolloré Group will remain strongly involved in Africa, notably through Canal+, and will also continue to develop on this continent its activities in many fields such as communications, entertainment, telecommunications and publishing.
