LogiPoint and SPARK Logistics Sign MoU to Strengthen Logistics Capabilities Across Saudi Arabia

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between LogiPoint and SPARK Logistics to strengthen logistics capabilities across Saudi Arabia.

The collaboration combines LogiPoint’s expertise in bonded zones, logistics parks, and build-to-suit infrastructure with SPARK Logistics’ role in the energy sector supply chain, connecting East Coast operations with Jeddah Islamic Port.

The focus is practical: enabling more efficient, integrated logistics solutions that enhance how cargo is stored, moved, and deployed across key industrial networks, supporting trade flows, industrial growth, and supply chain resilience in line with Vision 2030.

While the MoU reflects initial intent, both parties will work toward a structured, long-term collaboration.
