DSV Wins Freight Forwarder of the Year 2019

Global transporter DSV has won the Freight Forwarder of the Year 2019 Award at the TLME Excellence Awards.

The TLME Excellence Awards 2019 were the first to utilise a public voting system which proved highly popular and meant the winners acquire even more kudos.

Freight forwarders face many challenges in this day and age because as technology changes, so do supply chains, and as e-commerce grows, new players enter the sector that has led to great paradigm shifts, meaning competition for awards such as Freight Forwarder of the Year is very tight.

TLME CEO Sam Khan said: “With the pressures on modern freight forwarders, the modern operator has to be as agile as it is consistent and fast.

“Therefore, DSV has handled the highest volumes of cargo across a highly connected but widely spread out network of offices and facilities.

“Expeditious movement of cargo, best-in-class customer service and future expansion plans of the freight forwarder have also been closely looked at in defining the winner of the award.”
