Almajdouie Successfully Delivers Outsized Saudi Project Cargo
Heavy cargo moved from Dammam Second Industrial City to Ras Tanura
Almajdouie Logistics has transported heavy cargo from Dammam Second Industrial City to Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia.
The equipment measuring 20.85 m x 5.43 m x 10 m and weighing 81 tonnes posed a major challenge due to its height. It required closely working with Saudi Electric Company to shut down and lift power lines to accommodate the move.
A specially designed side-by-side trailer combination was also deployed for the project to maintain stability while traversing the uneven terrain and roads along the route.
Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, extra attention was given to ensure that operations staff complied with the KSA Ministry of Health’s guidelines.
