Government Support and Communication with Customers are Key in a Time of Crisis: Hamdi Osman

TLME asked Mr Hamdi Osman, Founder and CEO of SolitAir Holding on his experience of the last 40 days and how the working environment has suddenly changed.

“Every single day has been different”, said Mr Hamdi. Acknowledging the efforts of the UAE government in defending the country and keeping the wheels of trade and transport moving, Mr Hamdi said SolitAir has managed - with the help of a proactive government - to move air cargo quickly whenever the skies were open.

Customer expectations always need to be exceeded, in good times and in bad, said Mr Hamdi. Constant communication and updates to customers have played a key role in keeping SolitAir’s day-to-day operations moving smoothly and efficiently.
