Create Resilient Systems and Plan for a Rainy Day: Hamdi Osman, CEO SolitAir

Given his experience of over 45 years in the transport and logistics industry, in an exclusive podcast TLME asked Mr Hamdi Osman, CEO of SolitAir, what advice he would give to the next generation of entrepreneurs on dealing with crises like the one the world is facing today.

Having lived in Port Saeed, Egypt during his early his years before moving to the USA, Mr Hamdi said he was no stranger to conflict zones.

The current situation in the Middle East, he said, can be an experience of a lifetime for the younger generation. And they can take a lesson from the exemplary leadership of the UAE who had the vision and foresight to create resilient systems and “plan for a rainy day.”
