Saudia Cargo Brings WWE to Saudi Arabia

WWE held the Greatest Royal Rumble event at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah

Saudia Cargo has brought WWE wrestling to Saudi Arabia, after the key cargo transporter hauled equipment from the US to Saudi Arabia for the WWE “Greatest Royal Rumble”.

The WWE is an American Professional Wrestling franchise, and the ‘Royal Rumble’ one of its greatest known and most popular events.

In order to haul the equipment over to Jeddah from New York, Saudia Cargo used its wide-body cargo aircraft Boeing 747 to transport tonnes of production equipment, including a wrestling ring itself, according to the Stat Trade Times.

Omar Hariri, CEO of Saudia Cargo, stated that his team were delighted to be selected to carry out the operation, which proved to be exceptionally popular in Saudi Arabia.

WWE held the Greatest Royal Rumble event at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah on April 27, 2018, with 50 wrestling superstars present.
