Introducing the Award, presenter and Dubai TV personality Katie Jensen emphasised how this award recognises the most outstanding retail company that has not only successfully made the online transition but has also enhanced offerings inspiring techniques in marketing and order fulfilment.

Chalhoub Group’s corporate film played on the receiving the award provides insights how the company operates to inspire exhilaration and delight in all its customers. 

Later in the video, speaking to TLME after the award, Alexandros Komianos, Chief Fulfilment & Logistics Officer, Chalhoub Group said that innovation will highlight the future of logistics in Dubai along with more sustainable operations.
