TLME Inspiration Awards 2023 a ‘Major Success’

Transport & Logistics Middle East (TLME) has completed the latest iteration of its yearly awards ceremony, this year entitled the TLME Inspiration Awards 2023, in Dubai, UAE.

The Inspiration Awards were held on May 25, 2023, and saw a range of VIPs, industry leaders and high-profile figures join together to celebrate the very best in transport and logistics.

Presented by Dubai One TV’s Katie Jensen, the event saw big names such as DP World, Emirates SkyCargo and PepsiCo scoop awards, while DSV Global Transport & Logistics won the big prize for Most Inspiring Transport & Logistics Company of the Year.

Other noteworthy mentions include DHL, which won a host of awards, Danzas and Dubai Police.

The Port of Jebel Ali was named as the Most Inspirational Port of the Year, while Sue Donoghue, Arab Cluster CEO, DHL Global Forwarding, won the coveted Most Inspiring Woman of the Year Award.

An honourable mention is also due to GenFlat who won the Most Inspiring Container Tech Solution Award for their revolutionary collapsible containers design that has made huge waves in the industry.

The design, which answers the proverbial '20-billion dollar' question, utilises a new technology that allows empty TEU’s to fold up and be stacked 4 at a time.
