Mercedes Scoop Key Award at TLME Excellence Awards

Mercesdes Benz Trucks has won the Most Innovative and Secured Trucking Solutions Provider of the Year 2019 at the TLME Excellence Awards.

TLME CEO Sam Khan said: “Why is this award both innovative and secured? Put simply, it is because no innovation is truly worthwhile if it doesn’t guarantee the security of cargo.

“Henceforth, this award has found the trucking solutions provider that has found the sweet spot between these two core industry values.”

Due to a lack of a widespread rail network in the Middle East, trucking is critical to logistics, emphasizing the regional importance of this award.

Mercedes won the award that looked for seamless integration into the wider logistics infrastructure both regionally and globally, on-time performance, environmental sustainability, customer service standards and overall safety of goods and drivers have been the primary criteria for this award.
