Watch: MOEI Launches 'She Of Caliber' Maritime Initiative

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure launched the "Leaders of Difference" initiative, which is dedicated to empowering women in all fields, especially in the maritime sector.

The initiative aims to qualify experienced female talents capable of making a difference in the industry, in order to help promote the growth of the maritime sector in the country, based on its leading global position.

This comes within the framework of the efforts made to empower women within the strategic plan of the International Maritime Organization and in line with the celebration of International Women's Day in the Maritime Sector.

By nurturing young female talents, and providing them with the necessary resources for excellence, this contributes to strengthening the sector with the capabilities of future female leaders.
