Being a history buff, Mr Osman said he was an admirer of Alexander the Great. He was also a keen observer of how the world has changed over time. In our own times the pace of technological change and industrial innovation has only accelerated with each decade over the last century.
Companies that kept up with this change are the ones who have emerged eventual winners and consistently grown in all kinds of situations.
On the geopolitical front, although things have not been very steady over the last year, Mr Osman is hopeful that we may be over the cusp and more predictable and prosperous times lie ahead.
