Fire at Jebel Ali Plastics Recycling Factory Under Control

According to local media reports fire broke out at a plastics recycling factory at South Dubai’s Jebel Ali Freezone industrial area.

The Dubai Media Office said Dubai Civil Defense teams were working to put out the fire which has now been contained from spreading. No injuries have been reported.

The building which caught is situated behind the Jebel Ali offices of United Motors.

Some gates of the freezone were closed as a precaution. They have since been opened.
